These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Quick Home Deal Analyzer (the "Product"), a web-based software tool provided by Quick Home Deals ("we," "us"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.
The Product is a software calculator that helps you analyze real estate deals (rentals, BRRRR, and fix-and-flip scenarios). It is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The Product is not financial, legal, tax, investment, lending, or brokerage advice. All results are estimates based on the information you enter and general assumptions. We do not lend money, broker loans or mortgages, sell securities, or handle customer funds. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all numbers and for your own decisions.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the Product for your own use. You may not share your login, resell, copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Product.
The Product is sold for a one-time fee of $197 for lifetime access. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). See our Refund Policy.
The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Home Deals is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Product or reliance on its outputs.
